Our favorite hotel in Hanoi, staff was responsive. The venue was cozy, the room was unique and impeccable, had essentials for the best stay. Awesome breakfast with variety of food, reasonably priced. Historic location - 15 minutes walk from bus station. The pool was amazing and the views were gorgeous;))
Facilities were new, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Had a real good stay here. I liked the air conditioned room, the pool was very clean. Very frendly staff and was always ready to help. Great food in the a la carte restaurant was the best part. Located in a pretty area, within walking distance of a train station...

Really quiet location, pretty spacious room, as well as EXCELLENT FRIENDLY staff. Breakfast was very good, lots of dishes to choose from. Stunning and spotless room, I appreciated it. The hotel was close to stores and a market. I used public parking nearby.
